1. Order Cancellation: - Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing them or before they are shipped, whichever is earlier.
- To cancel your order, please contact our support team with your order ID.

2. Refund Eligibility: - Refunds will be issued only for products that are canceled before shipping or returned in their original condition.
- Refunds are not applicable for downloadable/digital products or services already rendered.

3. Refund Process: - Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is initiated.

4. Return Policy: - If a delivered product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- You may be required to provide photographic evidence before return approval.
